Sequelize Commands Not Working

#1

Anyone know what’s going on with my commands? Trying to follow this instructions in the React-Native Repo README

  1. create local env file: cp .env.example .env
  2. create database yarn sequelize db:create

1 - used touch .env to create the a dotenv file and copy/pasted the .env.example file.
But I get the following error with step 2:

Can anyone help?

#2
  1. echo 'export PATH="/usr/local/opt/postgresql@9.6/bin:$PATH"' >> ~/.bash_profile

  2. Make sure you’ve cd’d into your repo folder

  3. Then npm install sequelize

  4. create an .env file and copy the .env.example content into it: cp cp .env.example .env because sequelize needs a dialect: postgres.

  5. Then continue on with the other instructions.
    create database yarn sequelize db:create
    run migrations yarn sequelize db:migrate
    seed database yarn sequelize db:seed:all
