Meditation is a very useful tool for body and mind. I’ve been using STB for a while now and I love it.
I love that you can input emotions and how you’re feeling and it will pick a meditation for you. I know you’re busy and it seems like the last thing you have time for is sitting still but I promise this is well worth it. My favorite meditation they have is less than 3 minutes and it helps you fall asleep!
