Welcome to Austin Coding Academy! By signing up for our mentorship program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Program Enrollment

By enrolling in our mentorship program, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as indicated at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment and Billing

You will be charged immediately upon registration. Payments will be processed on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout.

• Payment Method: Credit/ Debit Card, ACH

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If we are unable to process your payment, your access to the mentorship program may be suspended or terminated.

3. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Notice can be given by contacting our support team at info@austincodingacademy.com.

• Method of Notice: Email or through the account portal

If you cancel less than 30 days before the next billing date, your subscription will be canceled at the end of the following billing period, and you will still be responsible for that month’s payment.

4. Refunds

All payments made are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, there will be no partial or full refunds. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the mentorship program until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Changes to the Program or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the mentorship program, pricing, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the mentorship program at any time in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Austin Coding Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the mentorship program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
